Test­bestellungen in Magento löschen

Wer kurz vor Fertigstellung seines neu aufgesetzten Shops steht, wird nicht drum herum kommen einige Testbestellungen zu tätigen, um zu sehen ob z.B. die Zahlungsarten korrekt mit den jeweiligen Anbietern (PayPal, sofortüberweisung etc.) verknüpft sind.

Nachdem die Testbestellungen alle positiv verlaufen sind gibt es standardmäßig keine Funktion Bestellungen aus dem System und der Datenbank zu löschen. Bezüglich dessen haben wir schon einige Extensions ausprobiert, allerdings ohne nennenswerten Erfolg. Besser ist eh, so wenig wie möglich das System durch Plugins etc. zu verlangsamen.

Was hilft also? Ein einfacher, aber etwas längerer SQL-Befehl, der direkt über phpMyAdmin (oder andere Lösungen) eingegeben werden kann. Bevor Sie dies jedoch tun, sollte vorsichtshalber die Datenbank einmal gesichert werden. Dies können Sie direkt über phpMyAdmin vornehmen.

Der SQL Befehl lautet (in der ersten Zeile “ihre_datenbank” durch den Namen der eigenen Datenbank ersetzen):

Durch diesen Befehl werden alle Testbestellungen (inkl. Bestellnr., Rechnungsnr., Schlagworte, Wunschzettel etc.) gelöscht. Getestet haben wir den Befehl für Magento 1.7.0.2.
